What These Diskettes Do
-----------------------
The Utility Diskettes 1 and 2 provide the following
utility programs for OS/2, DOS, Windows 3.1, and Windows 95:
 - ThinkPad Features program (setup program)
 - Fuel-Gauge program
 - Docking Control program
 - Personalization Utility program

The Utility Diskette 1 is required when you install the utility
programs for the following models:
   - ThinkPad 755CE, 755CD, 755CSE, 755CV, 755CDV, and 755CX
   - ThinkPad 750, 750C, 750Cs, 750P, and 750Ce
   - ThinkPad 755C and 755Cs
   - ThinkPad 370C
   - ThinkPad 360C, 360Cs, 360CE, 360CSE, 360P, and 360PE
   - ThinkPad 355C and 355Cs
   - ThinkPad 340 and 340CSE
   - ThinkPad 345C and 345Cs

 - (New)  The file AODBSMD.SYS is moved to the Utility Diskette 2.

 - (Fix)  (For WIN-OS/2 only)
          The Fuel-Gauge program for Windows now displays
          the battery status.
 - (Fix)  (For WIN-OS2 only)
          The IRQ setting for PCI device can be done twice.

 - (Fix)  The devices in the SelectaDock docking system
          (PCI docking station), which use the same resources
          as an internal device, can be set by the ThinkPad Features
          program GUI (graphical user interface) screen for OS/2 and
          Windows.
 - (Fix)  (For Windows 95 only)
          The screen is no longer set to the 800x600 resolution
          when you select 1024x768, 256color, and 75Hz by the
          GUI screen.
 - (Fix)  The speed of creating the hibernation file in Windows
          is no longer slow.
 - (Fix)  The display device is no longer set to CRT-only
          after the Cancel button in the ThinkPad Features program
          main window is clicked.
 - (Restriction)  (For Windows 95 only)
          APM (advanced power management) reports a different
          remaining time from that of the Fuel-Gauge program,
          when the Fuel-Gauge has not set it for the LCD panel.
 - (Restriction)  (For Windows 95 only)
          The Video CD format cannot be recognized by the computer
          when the Bus-Master IDE driver is installed.
 - (Restriction)  (For Windows 95 only)
          When the Adaptec driver and Bus-Master IDE driver
          are installed, Windows 95 may report the trap D or E
          intermittently when the computer is attached to
          the docking station (hot docking).

 - (Fix) The PS2 IR address command now works
         when the infrared is disabled.
 - (Fix) Support for the year 2000 is now correct in PS2.EXE.
 - (Fix) (For OS/2 only)
         The indication of hibernation file size message is now correct
         when memory of 72MB is installed.

 - (Fix) (Windows 95) Enhanced Video cannot be enabled after the
         Utility Diskette 1 Version 3.32 is applied.  This version
         can enable it.
