  This program allows an IBM technical support person to work directly with 
  your IBM Personal Computer to diagnose your software problem.
  
  By starting this program, you will allow the support person to temporarily 
  access all files on your computer. If you have confidential files or data 
  that you do not want accessed, you can select NO to terminate this program.
      
  During the session, all computer activity will be visible on your screen. 
  You can watch your screen to monitor the IBM Support person's activity.

  The IBM support person may need to look at and/or change some files.  
  This may result in lost data or the discovery that data had been lost.  
     
  NOTE:  If at any time you want to end this session, press the 
         Ctrl + Alt + Delete keys at the same time.
